The Tampa Bay regional chamber also does a quartlerly scorecard...they look at the following southern cities

Tampa Bay
Charlotte
Dallas
Jacksonville
Atlanta
Raleigh-Durham

sadly (although not surprising) Jacksonville doesn't usually fare too well

Predictably we SUCK in some columns but surprisingly we really fared well in some really shocking categories. The graphs seem to scream one thing... 'STAY THE HELL OUT OF SAVANNAH.'
