I just love the use of the word "parlour" I haven't heard that word since the last time I was in Jersey! There the parlour is what we call the living room. It's also used to like "pizza parlour" These are usually hole in the wall privately owned pizzerias; And some of the best pizza you could ever eat. There the kind you have to fold in half to eat.
