Title: Inn at Oak Street
Post by: ben says on August 03, 2012, 11:32:10 AM
Anyone know what's going on here???

There has been a zoning hearing sign up for a month or two, sign just came down, work being done on it, and the place looks dead. This place was awesome with the old owners, management/ownership changed hands, reviews went to shit, and now I haven't seen movement there in quite some time.

What gives

They sold it as a short sale. Last I heard some attorneys purchased it and I believe they are going to use it as an office or offices.

A old home re-purposed as an office isn't a bad thing.  It could always get torn down for a parking lot.
