There is a lot of goals that all of us would like to see achieved, but the report lacks critical information that identifies funding sources for these improvements.  I fear that the majority of things mentioned in this report may not happen, when the true cost of doing them come out.

Quote5. Improve Downtown Connectivity by an Enhanced Trolley System and Complementary Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) System

If this is their idea of ACTION, to make us look like every other Daytona Beach or Tallahassee sized town in the nation, then I don't want any action at all.

I think this just comes from the focus only being on downtown and assuming that JTA's BRT plans are a given.   In an ideal world, I'm sure no one would object to BRT and buses shaped like trolleys being replaced with streetcars.

We're the ones who will have to fight to overcome the foolishness currently laid out on the table, in regards to transit planning.
