Autumn Martinage, COJ historic planner, checks out 2nd Street before its HPC hearing for our mothball application.

A good example of helping not hindering!!  Thanks Autumn.

This house, mothballed for you, could be yours -- freely given by PSOS.  It does have a pretty hefty back tax burden on it... $12,006.25 , but that is NOTHING compared to the beautiful existing architectural features.  This house has new drywall, too.

If you want it, just contact us and tell us your plan.

Cool house with great possibility!   I love the fireplace mantle in the above pics. I am curious... the upper half of that...was there supposed to be a mirror there, or what was that?

229 East 2nd Street was recently handed off to a new owner who has already begun making repairs.

Check out the new roof!
