my understanding is the referendum vote will be very close....many of the suburban counties are expected to vote NO as they think the projects are too rail focused

Sad thing is, this rendering could just as easily be Jacksonville Streetcar, Gateway Mall Line, at 4Th Street where it crosses the old F&J RR, on right-of-way that is owned by the COJ. Want to set off a complete remake of Springfield, East Side and Talleyrand? You know what to do.
