Hey all,
Need 1200-1500 square feet of office space downtown, as close to the new courthouse as possible (moving law offices from N. Liberty). I pay $1,500 right now. Would either like to:
A) Find a space comparable to what I have now both in price and size;
or
B) Find a multiunit space (2-5 offices--no interest in a rehab project) whereby I could rent out the remaining spaces at a profit.
Any help would be great.

Rolling on floor laughing my a$$ off!! Didn't they deliberately put the new courthouse in an office desert? Do you really think that the new office buildings that will go up in the surface parking lots around that area will have anything for rent for $1500/month? Have you checked the ownership of all of the property surrounding the new courthouse? Familiar names?
Find space that is on the Riverside Trolley (PCT) line. The new route runs past the new courthouse. There are several really nice office buildings, both old and new that are options.
The Masonic building has a rental sign up. It's the cool historic building catty-corner from the back of the Courthouse, at Broad and Duval, I think. Most Worshipful Union Grand Lodge of Florida Prince Hall Affiliated. It's a 5 or 6 story building, and I'm thinking the Mason's don't need the whole thing for their lodge meetings. It's a great building, and I'm thinking it's going to fill up with lawyers very shortly. I just hope they leave the amazing facade alone, with it's cool detail and Masonic emblems.
there's also a small office building next to the former Worman's Deli

I'm almost certain Petra can do that at their building on the corner of Julia and Adams
Thanks for the help. Will look at these tomorrow.
Things I'm seeing are, in order of distance:
611 W Adams, build to suit, 1,900 min divisible at $20/sqft/yr
300 W Adams, 1,530 sqft at $16/sf/yr, 1,165 sqft at $16/sf/yr
421 W Church, 1,200 sqft at $17/sf/yr
118 W Adams, 1,350 SF at $14.50/sf/yr
