Title: The Main Library
Post by: gatorback on June 10, 2007, 11:05:24 AM
I've just discovered the courtyard on the 2nd. floor of the Main Library.
The courtyard is very nice and something for us to be proud of.
I had lunch there with friends.

;D

Yes, its a very nice spot.  Imo, that makes it more puzzling that we would believe an additional pocket park, right across Main Street, is the best use of that city-owned parcel.

What was on that parcel before the new park project.

Originally commercial buildings with apartments above.  However, the most present use, was a dirt parking lot.
