BodyTel is requesting the public investment to offset a portion of its relocation costs, estimated to be $150,000 to lease and build out office space for administrative and marketing staff.
The relocation will bring 13 new full-time jobs to Jacksonville at an average wage level of at least 200 percent of the Florida 2007 statewide average of $72,202, for a total of $942,500 added annually to the local payroll.

I'm assuming this statement is just very poorly worded because the state average salary is not $72,202.
Even though my hometown got passed over (and it desperately needs high-salary jobs like these), this is great news for Jax. You guys already have a good name for health care, and this addition can help make the city a medical industry hub.

I think the average is half of 72,202, and therby the new jobs are 200% of that amount.
Good news, not many jobs, but maybe it will grow.
