I'm wishing there was more stuff like http://www.contentdg.com/walnut-house-modern-historic-district/ (http://www.contentdg.com/walnut-house-modern-historic-district/) in the urban neighborhoods. Am I alone in this and if not, any chance of stuff like it in the future?

First Welcome to MJ.
I personally LOVE 'ultra-modern' architecture, modern and post modern are both cool as are the prairie style buildings found locally. So I guess your not alone. Ennis aka: thelakelander and dougskiles are both experts in this area. If your in the field and would like to do an article catch any of us via the messages window (top right of the page).
