JACKSONVILLE, Fla. â€" Tony Nelson will do 40 months time in a Georgia prison for lying to the FBI and accepting bribes.
The former Jaxport chairman will also spend a year on supervised release and will do 200 hours of community service in that time.
If given the maximum sentence, Nelson's charges would have put him in prison for the rest of his life and cost him tens of thousands in fines.
