Let's face it, knowing Valentines Day falls on a Tuesday, you know you have to do something nice over the weekend. Why not experience Jax in a unique way by taking a River Cruise with the Riverkeeper?
Rising Tides, the young professional group of the Riverkeeper, is hosting a river cruise Friday Feb 10th from 6:30PM to 8:00PM departing from the River Taxi dock at Friendship Fountain.
Guests will be treated to free Sweetwater Beer and a sweet treat from Sweet Petes, all included in the cost of the trip. Bella Sera (Catering by Liz) is also offering guests a catered meal option for an additional cost. She prepares some of the best meals in the city.
Cost of the trip is $15 for Rising Tides members and $20 for non members.
No better way to treat your Valentine, or meet new young professionals while experiencing the city in a unique way.

What's the planned path of the cruise?
Generally, the cruises depart Friendship Fountain and then head to the Ortega River as far down as the Timuquana(103rd Street) Bridge and then turn back towards downtown.

I got my spot reserved, but I am playing it safe with jorts, cut off sleeves, and flip flops.
