Title: Sidewalk Projects
Post by: gatorback on June 09, 2007, 03:51:24 PM
I rode my bike past the Carling today to  see the progress of the new sidewalk at the entrance to the building on Adams street.   I've been watching the progress since the guys started about a week ago.  They'll be done in about a week.   The design looks neat.   I've never been in the Carling building but  I bet it's as neat on the inside as it is out the outside.  ;D

I wish it was a retail-type tenant that is moving in, but at lest it fills empty space

The new sidewalk along Atlantic Blvd. where Beach Blvd. begins near St. Nickolas looks great.  I wonder if we'll see more sidewalk projects like this given the new tax increases.

Yeah I actually live at the Carling. I'm so glad that they've finally finished the entrance way. I was getting tired of going thru the side entrance. The interior of the building is very nice though, I'm happy with my decision to move there.
