I love these pics. Hopefully one day in the future, downtown Jacksonville can once again be the vibrant place it used to be.

Lots of horse drawn carriages and wagons back then. Bet those shadows and piles in the street are horse pucky. I wonder what the hems of the ladies dresses and pedicoats were like after walking around those streets.
Great pics, and what a fabulous time to live. Looking at them reminded me of the stories my grandmother would tell me, as she lived on Main St in 1915
