Looks like something is finally going into the long vacant space across from Kickbacks? Anybody know what it will be?
Sushi? Nail salon?
A 420 seat Cheescake Factory with ZERO additional parking requirements.
With a Sushi Bar and Nail Salon in the restrooms?
the owners of Northstar Substation are doing something in that area...although I thought that was further down close to Loft/Rogue
next to Panda House I believe.
ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!
Let's just go ahead and nip this in the bud. There are enough places to eat and drink in riverside, we don't need any more. I can only eat one meal at a time, so why would I want so many choices??? All I want is some darn sleep!!!!!!!!
Totally joking, everybody. I say bring it on!!! tufsu, Northstar's space is the old print shop across from Walker's, Walker's will be closing January 1st to do some serious renovations.

Actually, this would be perfectly legal in the overlay. Just sayin. Contributing commercial historic structures have zero parking requirements.

Was I too subtle?
Please please please let it be a frozen yogurt store...I hate having to go all the way to 5pts or as I like to call it, the Yogurt District (formerly, Sushi Town).
Maybe a Japanese Steakhouse with Saki-bombs, and if that is not enough, a little fire on the grill and a show at the table.
Autoparts store.
Would prefer a nice new Ace Hardware.
OK here is the answer. Absolutely nothing!! Thats no surprise. The landlord there has a well earned horrible reputation.
They papered the place so folks couldn't see it was being used for storage. The "AVAILABLE " sign is back up, and probably will be for a long time.
I heard a rumor that OFA is opening a location on King Street.
