This was for the launch of the Nokia Lumia in London. I think the WF building would be a perfect canvas for something like this.

A storm in April ripped the LEDs off and they could not repair it, but it was very cool while it lasted...played trippy movies every night.

Jacksonville could start with the smaller things first...like the city spending money on LEDs for the riverfront or public places. The owners of the office towers are never going to justify putting up expensive LEDs.
