I really enjoyed my first Austin City Limits. Who didn't grow up without hearing about or catching an ACL on PBS. When I moved to Austin I learned more and more about ACL as the date got closer. ACL is Austin. I remember sitting around the house the last day of the event and deciding to go for it so I jump in a taxi.
This is my 1st. shot getting closer to the gate.

This band is from New Orleans...it's a real band...i didn't get it until all hell broke out. This band got me hooked forever on ACL.

During that show, this guy proposed to his g/f. She really didn't know it was going to happen.

Did you notice the spoons on the ground? The band played "Ice Cream Man" throwing out hundreds of 1/4 pints of the real thing
Bob Dylan.

I love Austin City Limits. Recently I saw John Mayer, Robert Randolph and the Killers on there. I hope Ted Leo can get on there someday.
Sometimes Bob Dylan just mums "eeeeee...eee....aaaa....eearew...."....lol; however, Bob didn't do that at ACL...he was...OMG so great.
