I recently met a dog who escaped from his dog fighting captors. This poor puppy was covered with scars from ear to tail. My neighbors and I have strong suspicion one house is participating in dog fights. Some of those people participating in dog fights are under 18. Those who are cruel to animals when they are children will be cruel to other humans when grow up. Dog fighting is not a minor misdemeanor, it is a crime! If you see a dog escape from dog fighting, please take it and bring to ACPS so the dog will not be back in the hands of the criminals again.

When I moved here in the 70's (yea,ancient.....Listen Up.....) there were apparently sectors prone to dog fight.....now less prone to dog fight, now prone to one on one human attack.
So "it" starts 'somewhere.
