The Oct. 20 fire gutted a Papa John’s restaurant at 2815 U.S. 90, down the street from the Domino’s at 2372 US 90.
One week later Sean Davidson, 23, was arrested on a charge of arson, while Bryan Sullivan, 21, was arrested Friday on the same charge, according to Columbia County jail records. Both are identified as managers at the Domino’s.
The plan to destroy the competition was revealed when detectives spoke with Sullivan, said Capt. John Blanchard IV, police department spokesman.

Sheer Genius. What I find AMAZING is that the Owner of the Domino's actually thought these two clowns were management material.
In a town the size of Lake City , there is certainly room for competition , even if in close proximity, and this only hurts Domino's.. I would think the people of the town would be sympathetic to the folks who owned the Papa John's Franchise.
Wanna put them both out of business? Put an Al's Pizza or Mellow Mushroom in . :P

I'd say it's proof that Dominoes knows that they can't compete with anyone by having a better quality pizza.
Would have been funnier for them to have "peperoni'd" their competition. Maybe a big peperoni mural on their front window that said "Papa Johns Sux".
