I've noticed that they seem to turn the light off around midnight. I tried to take a pic of it shooting across from the Southbank and noticed the sign and the most of the lights of the Main Street bridge seemed to be off also.

With all the other wonderful things going on in our city today (hit and run on a cyclist, shooting at arby's southside) this was overlooked:

QuoteJACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A Wells Fargo bank on the first floor of the downtown Wells Fargo tower was robbed Wednesday afternoon.

Police were called to the robbery at about 2:30 p.m.

They said they believe they have a suspect in custody.

Shouldn't it be the other way around? You know, going OFF around 6 am and coming back on around 6 or 7 pm?

Nice pics. Now I come home over the Fuller Warren every night from work around 11pm and the signage is always off. Looks out of place when all the other buildings have their signage lit. Anyone know why they turn it off at some point in the night? I guess just to save some money.

Im not sure why. The Modis sign was always on. So Im not sure why building management all of a sudden turns the new sign off at a certain time. Atleast they have a sign, unlike BOA. That is the tallest most bland building in our DT  ::)

I actually found this hilarious because.... He robbed the bank, then turned his self in at the lobby.    :o   I looked at his mug shot, and he is Asian! LOL I promise I was not expecting to see that. That is just not something we usually expect Asians to do.. Thats why I always say crime has no color or race.

Technically in Jax yes, due to the percentage population. Now it would be a different story if we were in LA, Seattle, or somewhere with a higher Asian population. Just keeping it real, and I know that some people can get all touchy when it comes to any race-related topic.

Yes they did. It was an "error". Then when they used Jacksonville footage, it was old footage with the Modis building. It was a mess.

Jaguars blackout example, now this? NOOOOO. Of course the NFL doesn't hate Jacksonville. Not even the least bit! (How well did my sarcasm play out in that?)

I thought that's what blimps were for... to make sure they got a nice shot of the city and the game from above. Jeez, talk about incompetent.

This is the reason monday night football is not as popular as it used to be. Even since ESPN took over it has not been the same. Sunday night games are more popular now.

A firefighter rappelled down the Wells Fargo Building to remove a broken piece of window (damaged from the storm) on the 20th floor.
