Everyone is invited to the "Transformation of State & Main" celebration, this afternoon, 9/29 at 5pm, in Downtown Jacksonville. The developers of the site are hosting the mixer right there on the concrete slab, which will include a formal presentation, drinks, and refreshments. We'll see what the developers may have in store for the site. Our City Councilman, Dr. Gaffney, should be in attendance as well. At one time this corner was a hotspot of activity and with any luck it will again be as snazzy as the vintage Park View Inn.

The owners and brokers of this property provided general information about its status during last week's APA Tour. Definitely worth stopping by today if you haven't visited the site.
Unfortunately this event has been cancelled. The site isn't quite ready for the public yet and the developers will keep us informed about the new date.
