QuoteMontgomery Ward has been gone from Regency Square mall for 10 years and Ivey’s has been gone for 20, but the former home of those stores will become the nation’s largest consignment store as of Saturday, according to Vincent Balanky, managing partner of Amazing Consignments.
The store will take the entire first floor of the empty anchor tenant position, and already is stocked with consignment items owned by about 40 people. The casual visitor is in for as much of a history lesson as they are for a look at one-of-a-kind products and fine furniture. Balanky says he hopes to someday take over the store’s second floor as well.

At least it gives them something different than the other malls in the area.
Regency has been getting some good news as of late. Regency is the grandmother of shopping here and I would hate to see it die. glad to see it getting some new life. I actually may stop in myself. Sounds like an interesting store.
