Title: searching for commercial real estate
Post by: ProjectMaximus on August 30, 2011, 11:32:48 PM
How might one go about locating possible houses in Riverside zoned for businesses? Do you think there's any chance of finding a commercial property:

1) At least 1500 sq ft
2) Under $150K
3) Where loud music isn't an issue

Thanks in advance, guys!

Your best bet would be to contact a realtor. Typically homes that are zoned Commercial as well as residential are priced quite a bit more than just residential alone.

Your number three requirement is going to be tough in Riverside.  Have you thought about the warehouse district where Bold City and Intuition are located?

Thanks for all the responses. I appreciate it.

I have no idea whether this has any legitimate shot at happening. We haven't really crunched the numbers to see if this is even feasible. Not to mention that both my business partner and I are way too busy to seriously undertake this. And yet, we are seriously trying...

Dogwalker, yes, I am considering the Warehouse district. MusicMan, I pmed you back.
