Hey everybody! Among the many things I'm involved in, the organization I probably dedicate the most of my time to is the local Engineers Without Borders chapter. We have done, and are continuing to do, water development and sustainment projects in Guatemala and Ghana:

We were recently chosen to host the Southeast Regional Workshop, which is a conference for college-aged "aspiring volunteers," and we picked the Downtown Main Library to as our primary facility, with lodging and other events at the Hyatt. One of the things we are now looking for is sponsors and potential food donations. As we are a charity that is accomodating students from around the Southeast, we are only able to charge a limited amount in registration fees.
So, I would like to ask some of the more knowledgable people on these boards if they are so inclined to contact the workshop coordinator, Amanda Lavigne at amandab.lavigne@gmail.com if they can help, or know of people to contact. You could also PM me for more information. I appreciate the help and am glad that downtown Jacksonville can host this event!
