Does anyone know if they are dredging and filling back with water or are they filling it up and getting rid of it?

They cleaning it out and fixing it so the water stays fresher. Everything is going to be put back.... except 90yrs of duck poop!!
From what I understand, even by cleaning the damn thing, they haven't fixed the real problem, and don't plan on fixing the real problem for quite some time. Because it's a cement pond, unless they install a drainage system or revert it back to dirt, the duck sh*t will keep building up.
