At first glance, Smashburger's signage looks like GameStop...

I can tell you, Smashburger is great!  They had a soft opening yesterday.  Really looking forward to MShack.

One correction:
"Metropolis at the Beach will go into the former Lubi's Hot Subs location on N. 3rd St., opposite NAPA auto store and across the street from Rita's. "

Metropolis is going in to the old Rack Em Up/Dicks Wings location... Pita Pit is in the old Lubi's.

The beaches from Ponte Vedra to Atlantic Beach (not unlike Daytona) are custom made for a rapid streetcar. Wouldn't it be funny if they taught Jacksonville a lesson or two?

That's exactly what I thought.

I don't know about going all the way to Ponte Vedra, but a streetcar running about the same root as the trolley bus would be very popular.

We're preparing a Beaches September construction update.  If you know of any new developments or construction projects underway, let us know.
