QuoteICS Logistics Inc. will start work next month on an industrial warehouse complex and transportation terminal in the Imeson International Industrial Park.
The first phase of the project, which is being developed on 44 acres at the industrial park, will consist of a 228,000-square-foot warehouse that will store products in 28,000 pallet positions at temperatures as low as 28 degrees below zero. The second phase would add another 147,000 square feet and 18,000 pallet positions. The cost of the first phase of the project has not been determined.
ICS chose the site because of its proximity to Jaxport's Talleyrand, Blount Island and Dames Point terminals, as well as major roads and CSX rail lines.

Seems like there are a good number of warehouse, logistics, and transportation announcements lately. Its probably no coincidence they are on the heals of the Mitsui and Hanjin deals.
