Looks like a decent deal to get someone downtown, even if it is probably just a 9-5 weekday type place.

If nothing else, it would finish out the spaces in the garage. That's a big step to get over.
Sounds like a good deal to me. They are paying to renovate the space. The city footing a light bill should not be a hugh issue. Its better than it sitting there empty thats for sure.
If they can get this going and build out the space, power to them.
