Title: Cops all over market street at liberty street

As I was leaving for work this morning I noticed cops walking up and down market street and next to the houses and in and out of the alleys around 4th and 5th...anybody know what was going on?

On Market or Liberty?

What time?  I left at about 6:40 and didn't see anything.

On both streets....I'm on market and saw them there and also on liberty whenbi drove by...it was around 7:30 this morning....at least 6 cop cars on market and liberty combined.
