Too bad we can't even HAVE a food truck scene in Jacksonville, having them converge on a spot once a week with live music playing would be fun. Hemming Plaza would be perfect, there's already tables, chairs, and a stage.

Where COULD this happen in Jacksonville? I know Gibbs has a giant food truck and it goes somewhere around town. Korean bbq tacos would be amazing!
