Orlando's "ViMi" District's rebirth was fueled in the early 1980s when the Vietnamese flooded into the area in search of opportunities beyond the shadow of old Saigon.

Colonial Photo and Hobby, is one of the best all around hobby, camera and train nut shops in the state. WHY ISN'T IT IN JACKSONVILLE? HUMM? Transportation Center Trains and Hobbies... Has a ring to it.

Three factions each have a vision for how the whole area should develop or not develop.  Why not just let the individual property owners do what they feel is best and let the area become whatever it becomes?
