Well...I have two guesses but neither fits the initials on the crest:
1) The old cigar factory north of Springfield; or
2) EH Thompson building (formerly Claude Nolan Cadillac) on Main & Orange.
Both are wrong. Although the original Swisher facility would be an interesting place to check out if it were not surrounded by barbed wire fencing and security.
Here's a few more hints. In it's heyday, it had just as much glass on it's exterior as concrete and stucco. It was designed by Marsh & Saxelbye in 1921, includes a 370ft long clerestory window and is located in Durkeeville.
wow....a 370 ft window....now that's cool ;D
Ummmmm? Jacksonville! Right!

Built as the American Motors Export Company Building

I think it's currently a lumberyard, sitting on about 7-8 acres of land.
my best friend in high school, his brother, married a Swisher. Barry is a cool guy, pilot, gemologist, and a Attorney now too. Don't know what he's flying these days before they were small piper cubs and stuff. Given Barry's desires, it's probably the multi-engine jet rating.
