All, Sustainable Springfield is trying to win the $1000 Community First Credit Union Grant. We would like to use the money to purchase fruit trees to donate to neighbors in the community so people can grow fresh healthy food in their own yards. We would look into purchasing self pollinating varieties of apples, figs, plums, etc.
