Title: Rummell says Preston Haskell also with Alvin Brown

Pete Rummell had more to say on Saturday about his efforts to get Alvin Brown elected Mayor.

“I’ve had 10 or 12 this morning from people I know and from people I didn’t know,” he said. “It’s gone from ‘put me in, Coach’ to ‘tell me your logic.’”

Rummell said he had permission from Jacksonville Jaguars co-owner Delores Barr Weaver and Haskell Co. founder Preston Haskell, also a Jaguars partner, to release their names.

So, that's Rummell and Weaver that we knew about.  And Preston Haskell is added to the list.

You're right about that, Cap'n.  I didn't want to highlight the negative tones from the Hogan camp in my initial post.  You can't make it far without hearing negativity, namecalling, and scare tactics from that crowd, though.

To this die hard ultra conservative (non tea partier) Alvin Brown is looking better and better with each passing day. Can't wait for the tv debate to see how he comes across.

(Or maybe the part of the article that I quoted, which clearly identifies which Weaver is backing Alvin Brown.)
