Title: Early Voting
Post by: AdamBeaugh on March 14, 2011, 12:04:08 PM
8 days until the election!  Early voting through this Sunday!

Hopefully everyone who uses this forum realizes how important this mayoral election is for the future of Jacksonville.  We can either move forward with dynamic, inspired leadership or we can rely of the people who are partially responsible for the terrible situation we are in.

It seems clear that most people on the MetJax forums have recognized that Audrey Moran is the best candidate for the Mayor's office.  She has the background, the vision, the honestly and the broad appeal that we need for our next Mayor.  Next next step: VOTING!  If you don't bother to vote, you aren't allowed to complain about the leadership we get.

Check the Supervisor of Elections website for early voting locations and times.

Vote Audrey!

Just got back from the Supervisor of Elections office where I voted early.  Disturbingly... there was no line... there were no people... in fact... the entire time I was there... I was the only person voting.

We have the next four years of Rick Scott due to voter apathy.  You all KNOW the Tea Party folks are going to vote.  Every day you put off your vote is an opportunity lost... something may come up... you could get sick, or simply just not feel like voting on election day.

Your vote counts... :)

BT that is sad but in an attempt to make lemons out of lemonade.  METROJACKSONVILLE.COM this is your chance to have heavy effect on this election. Let's choose our Mayor right here right now.  We should run this as a front page call to arms for this site on election day.
