In order to reduce operating costs of a government run system, they kill the economy in the areas that have seen new development and increased tax revenue for that same government - that came as a result of the train system. Sounds like something Jacksonville would do.

Daily ridership was at 36,000 people. If anyone has ever driven through that area knows thats about 35 seconds on the streets.
