Title: Nicky G's images
Post by: thelakelander on October 24, 2007, 09:21:05 AM
A few Metro Jacksonville members stopped by Nicky G's after our weekly Tuesday night meetings at the 11 East Starbucks.  Needless to say, you'll be impressed by what these guys have pulled together and the down home atmosphere of the restaurant.  The food is pretty good and sizable too.  Here are a few images.

And it was very good as well - for a local restaraunt, they have done an excellent job (except for the sign out, but I hear a better one is planned).  The food was great, and they have WiFi.

They'll also be adding a 65" permanent TV screen later this week.

Indeed !!  My thoughts exactly.  About 5 times the size of most places.  I'll be giving them a try on my next visit.

YEAH, they struck a really nice balance between New York and Italian Pizza and really good Southern Style Sweet tea. This is something so many places fumble on, great tea and bad food, or bad tea and really good food... These folks have it BOTH!
