Title: What is at the corner of Jefferson & Union?
Post by: friedturkey on January 21, 2011, 08:34:24 PM
Does anyone know what the business is at the corner of Jefferson & Union downtown?  I saw an open fire pit and lots of antiques.  I think the sign said something about hair salon.  Is there an antique shop next door?

Whetstonian I believe.  It's not a business so much, more of a personal museum of sorts for the guy that owns it.  I believe he lives upstairs and sometimes will tour people around his collection.  Sounds cool.

I love that place, and I have wondered myself if it's an antique store, but never saw an open sign.   It's way cool, definitely.
