Looks like any small SF city. When I see generic I think of Jax.

It is pretty generic in terms of style, but it's completely different than most SF cities in that it's entirely walkable. There's a whole foods and Publix right there, and pretty much anything else you might need on a daily basis. Actually has a really fun nightlife. And there's a bit more character than they showed in the pics. Bougainvilleas is as cozy a neighborhood pubs as any I've been to, and Cafe Pastis is the best French food in Miami for the price.
