Its coming along pretty nice although I still think retail leasing will suffer from poor (indirect) accessibility to Southside Blvd.

I like it.  Looks like the Domain and that place is hugely popular, well except by the tax payers that don't like giving tax incentives.  I'm looking to move to a place like this.

It looks nice.  Thanks for sharing the photos.  I am concerned that there is already so much traffic in the area, that people will also avoid it for that reason, in addition to its limited accessibility to SS Blvd.

I don't see how their location would be a problem. People still patronize Tensiltown, and it is directly, directly across the street?

Logistically, its got poor access to Southside Blvd.  From a retail perspective in a suburban area, that's not desirable.  If a specialty retail had a choice of locating in a strip center with direct access to Southside and Tapestry Park, at the same price tag, nine times out of 10 they'd chose the one with a curb cut.

What's going on with the project across the street?  I haven't seen construction crews on site for a while now?

Does anyone know if Village Tavern is still coming to Jacksonville?
I travel and if I'm in a town that has one I try and make it for lunch or dinner....excellent quality & great atmosphere.

I'm not sure about Village Tavern, but Dale Earnhardt Jr is allegedly bringing his Whisky River concept to the Town Center...more specifically, the Markets of Town Center.  He was in town during the week of the Daytona 500 to evaluate the location.  Here's the link:

With III Forks on the way, I did some reseach. They seem to be a very nice establishment and have very good quality food. I found out they're also opening a location in downtown Houston in the Houston Pavilions on Fannin Street.

Village Tavern unfortunately won't be coming, the spot is getting replaced by iiiforks.  I was told Nov's time they will be in.
