I wonder if the house on the corner of Herschel and King is included. If you stand on the Pizza Palace former location it is across the street to the right. It used to be a Law office and the ghost was spotted by the firm Brothers who saw him standing on the stair landing while they locked the door behind them.
They didn't mention this to the other employees. My brother worked there but also mowed the grass on the property. One Saturday he called the bros up asking who he was seeing through the Hershel side kitchen window and why they were there. he described the figure to them and got silence in reply...yep..it was him.
